SAFETY

HERCULES CONCRETE IS COMMITTED TO CONTINUOUSLY MONITOR AND IMPROVE SAFETY OF EMPLOYEES AND PUBLIC. WE ENSURE OUR EMPLOYEES ARE TRAINED IN ALL ASPECTS OF SAFETY AND THAT THEY PROMOTE SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT.

Safety 1

Construction site safety requires continuous oversight as it is a constantly changing workplace and new hazards and risks may arise at any moment. Safety of all employees and public around the construction site is our priority, therefore, we ensure that any potential hazards and risks are identified and controlled or eliminated.

At Hercules Concrete we focus on efficient and productive workplace where safety is not compromised as a result of poor judgments and decisions that focus on getting a project done faster while disregarding safety. Efficient productivity and safety have been proven to be complementary rather than competing, and we continue to heavily monitor both on daily basis.

Safety 2
Safety 3

Hercules Concrete is equally committed to our employees and our clients. Our familial approach extends to our employees and there is no compromise when it comes to taking care of our own. All divisions of Hercules Concrete are insured and all of our team members are regularly trained and certified in a variety of health and safety programs. Our team members comply with the guidelines of recognized safety organizations and professional certifications, including:

  • WHMIS

  • WSIB

THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE GOAL

Our goal for a zero injury work environment is not only a priority, it is a key tenet of our company.

TAKING SAFETY SERIOUSLY

When your project begins, your focus will likely be split between many competing priorities. Safety of those at and around the jobsite should not be one of them. Not when you are working with an experienced construction company who genuinely believes safety is the most important thing we do every day.
